Looking for a quick meal that you can toss in the crock pot and forget about for a few hours? This is one for the recipe book then. I've even made this for larger family parties.
Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1 package (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
2 pounds beef for stew
Directions:
Combine soup, sour cream, water and dry soup mix in slow cooker.
Add beef.
Stir until well coated.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours
Serve over noodles or hot wild rice. Add a side salad and some crusty bread for a complete delicous meal. Yumm!
one of my fav's for sure..
ReplyDeleteI've never made stroganoff before, but this sounds perfect!! Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!
ReplyDeleteI rarely eat stroganoff as I do not care for mushrooms. I've made it once sans shrooms, but didn't love it. This recipe looks DELISH! can't wait until I can eat dairy again - this is going to be one of the first recipes I try!
