What can you do with 4 ingredients? A lot! My The Four Ingredient Cookbook is one of my favorite "go to" books. When I haven't gone to the grocery store and am scrounging for what I have on hand or I'm looking for a simple but delicious meal, this is where I turn.
The original recipe calls for pork tenderloin but I used it with center cut pork chops. Take your pick! All 3 of my kids loved it and asked for seconds so you can be sure I'll bring this recipe back.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 center cut pork chops
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Mix honey, mustard and brown sugar.
Spread over pork chops and let marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
(if using pork tenderloin: 2 (1 1/2 pound) pork tenderloins and increase cooking time to 1 hour)
I am honestly *the worst* at cooking pork! I don't know what's wrong with me :P But I'm going to try out your instructions and see if pork and I can make up and be friends again.
