Honey Mustard Chops

What can you do with 4 ingredients?  A lot!  My The Four Ingredient Cookbook is one of my favorite "go to" books.  When I haven't gone to the grocery store and am scrounging for what I have on hand or I'm looking for a simple but delicious meal, this is where I turn.

The original recipe calls for pork tenderloin but I used it with center cut pork chops.  Take your pick!  All 3 of my kids loved it and asked for seconds so you can be sure I'll bring this recipe back.

Enjoy!

  1. I am honestly *the worst* at cooking pork! I don't know what's wrong with me :P But I'm going to try out your instructions and see if pork and I can make up and be friends again.
