You guys. I just realized that we're moving next week. Next week! Pardon me while I run up and down our street, screaming my head off and waving my arms in frantic circles.
Yowza.
Ok. So. I'm going to squeeze in this one last recipe before I force myself to step away from the blog for a couple of weeks. It will be an act of will on my part to not be spinning my brain with recipe ideas, but I'm confident I'll get through it. Of course, it'll be helped by the fact that all of my kitchenware will be in boxes :)
Anyway, here's one last Halloween treat idea. It's pretty quick to make, and really - white chocolate with bananas? Yum. That's what.

Ghoulish Banana Pops
3 medium bananas, broken into halves
14 oz. white dipping chocolate
lollipop sticks or popsicle sticks
mini chocolate chips
Melt white dipping chocolate in the microwave at 50% power, stirring often or melt according to package directions. Dip sticks into melted chocolate, then insert into broken end of banana halves. Once the sticks have set, use a small spatula, spoon, or popsicle stick to coat the banana halves, smoothing in strokes to completely cover the banana. Place chocolate chips into soft chocolate for eyes. Allow to stand until chocolate has cooled and set up.
Cool, though not that scary. Good luck with the move, we'll be rooting you on from North Dakota.
